Omniscience Power breakdown

You know how you don't question that grass is green? You don't have to think about who told you, or remember the first time you ever saw grass, you just know; it is a well established fact in your mind. For Bill, everything feels that way. It's obvious. Which means he finds nothing notable about the weird things he says. Everyone should know it, right? Grass is green and IN SOME OFFSHOOTS OF THAT REALITY IT'S BLUE AND ITS POLLEN MAKES THINGS CATCH ON FIRE! duh.
FORTUNATELY, most of the time realities DO align with what characters would know as the truth. This luckily gives us some leeway as to how often Bill is 'right' in his assumptions or not.
Limits:
-Bill does not view things in a linear fashion, so he doesn't see anything as concrete as full memories. It is more like his mind just feeds him ideas or facts, like being hot-wired to the internet and someone else is using the search engine. Yes, horrifying. It is spontaneous and random.
-He has no control of this power, and won't even view it as one. To Bill, these new thoughts and information are no different than the usual random ideas he entertains people with.
Uses:
-Could be a good way to help people jump-start their characters into retrieving memories. All information of that category will always be discussed with mun's prior so as not to info-mod. Bill also will never know any game information; he'll still be in the dark about his own and everyone's identities as much as he ever was.
-Cipher wheel nicknames may start to come back.
-*As Bill does not have many memories to regain as a character, given that he spent most of his 'lifetime' as a non-corporeal entity, this also serves as method to help ease him back into his true self.
